S.4160 was originally introduced in the Senate by Texas Senator John Cornyn early last month.
The Senate passed the bill by unanimous consent on May 9th.
If signed by the President, the Act would amend โtitle 40, United States Code, to grant the Supreme Court of the United States security-related authorities equivalent to the legislative and executive branches.โ
The legislation comes at a time when conservative justices are facing harassment and threats to their lives over the impending decision in the Dobbs v Jackson WHO case, which could possibly overturn the federal precedent on abortion set by Roe v Wade in 1972, and would revert the decisions of whether or not to outlaw abortions back to individual states.

just overturn Roe vs Wade and let the darn states decide to legalize or not legalize abortion! But the Blue States per usual are too cowardly to be responsible for that decision, they figure if itโs allowed per Federal Government then those babies that have been murdered because they approve then that guilt will not fall directly on their decision to make it legal in their states!

My only question is, ‘Why would any of the representatives vote against this?’
Exactly!
