Build Back Better Threatens to Make Things Even Worse
โEmployment is stillย farย from where it should be, and theย so-calledย Build Back Better Actย threatens to make thingsย evenย worse.ย With 10.4 million job openings in September, employers are struggling to get the workers they need.ย According to the National Federation of Independent Business'ย October jobs report, 49%ย of business owners were unable to fill open positions.ย And withย a record 4.4 millionย quitting their jobsย in September, the high costs of retaining current workers and replacing those who quit are weighing on employers and contributing to rising prices.ย ย

Meanwhile, President Biden's unlawful COVIDย vaccine mandateย threatensย to force employers to lay off workersย who do remain.
