Another member of the U.S. House of Representatives has shared his intentions to seek a higher office in 2024.
Adam Schiff, former chairman of the House Intelligence Committee announced an intention to run for the U.S. Senate Thursday morning.
Sen. Dianne Feinstein currently holds the seat. It's still unclear if Feinstein, 89, will retire at the end of her term.
Schiff is widely known for leading the first impeachment trial of President Donald Trump and for serving on the January 6th Committee.
Under the new House Republican Majority, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy officially denied Schiff a seat on the House Intelligence Committee.

Schiff, you lying SOB. You are such a POS that I would grudgingly vote for Feinstein before voting for you…for anything other than for the job of you being a low down, two faced, lying POS! LIAR! from a california registered voter!
I’m going to put you in undecided column. LOL. BTW, well said.
Maybe he can get on a committee there.
I think Swalwell knows he’s on thin ice and by getting into the Senate he will have at least 6 yrs. of trying to destroy America all while make money by selling whatever he can get his hands on that’s top secret, to China, Russia No.Korea.
