It read, โBALLISTIC MISSILE THREAT INBOUND TO HAWAII. SEEK IMMEDIATE SHELTER. THIS IS NOT A DRILL.โ
It took nearly 40 minutes for officials toย admit it wasn't a drill, but it wasn't real either. It was a mistake.
But concerns over Hawaii's vulnerability to a missile attack remain.ย Sen. Mazie Hirono concerned about lack of missile defense for Hawaii. Sen.
