A prominent ex-producer at Fox News is breaking her silence on her recently filed lawsuit against the network.
Abby Grossberg, who worked as a producer for Maria Bartiromo and Tucker Carlson among other top hosts on the network says Fox's lawyers attempted to coerce her to testify in the network's favor as it fights a $1.6 billion defamation suit against Dominion Voting Systems.
Grossberg who was fired from the network last week is suing Fox, accusing the network of sexual harassment, anti-Semitism, and misogyny amongst her ex-colleagues.ย According to court documents obtained by The Hill, Grossberg is also alleging the network's lawyers pressured her to provide misleading information about the company's internal editorial procedures.
The ex-producer said in a deposition given to Dominion's lawyers as part of the suit that she felt it wasn't her responsibility to fact-check claims being made by Donald Trump and his allies.
โI realized that the answers that they wanted me to say were putting me in a very vulnerable position to be the company scapegoat,โ she told NBC News this week. โI knew I was bullied, intimidated, and coerced into saying that just to keep my job and stay at the company. And the question a lot of people would have is, โwhy would you do that?'โ
Answering her own question, Grossberg explained โI made the decision to keep my job so that I can keep paying my bills. It seemed like the safer decision for me at the time.โ
A Fox News spokesperson pushed back on Grossberg's claims on Thursday.
โThe assertion that Ms. Grossberg was coached or intimidated into being dishonest during her Dominion deposition is patently false,โ a representative for the network said. โWe will continue to vigorously defend Fox against her unmeritorious legal claims, which are riddled with false allegations against the network and our employees.โ
The spokesperson also addressed Grossberg's termination from Fox after filing her lawsuits.
Like most organizations, Fox News Media's attorneys engage in privileged communications with our employees as necessary to provide legal advice. Our attorneys advised Ms. Grossberg that, while she was free to file whatever legal claims she wished, she was in possession of our privileged information and was not authorized to disclose it publicly. We were clear that if she violated our instructions, Fox would take appropriate action including termination. Ms. Grossberg ignored these communications and chose to file her complaint without taking any steps to protect those portions containing Fox's privileged information.
A Delaware judge is expected to rule on motions for summary judgment in the case in the coming days, and a jury trial is slated for mid-April.

This element should be interesting. Initial thoughts are that Grossberg, as producer is the one MOST responsible for the content of any show she produced. Thus she could have personal liability if Dominion is able to prove their case. That possibility may explain her lawsuit. It could also lead in other directions.
What about all the mules????? TRUTH canโt be spoken any more anywhere it seems,
Right? There’s also a few facts against Dominion which I’m amazed no one is writing or speaking about as far as voting machine safety goes. Get this, you can Google it, but CNN, of all people did a very long article back in 2019, just before the national elections. It covered a ton of issues and even how votes could be changed and how the machines could be hacked. There’s another article regarding during a hearing about hacking into voting machines. A professor was testifying that the machines were not safe and while on the stand testifying, he actually hacked into one.
Will we ever see one demoncrap go to prison!
If enough of us pray, maybe we will!
