Transcripts of text messages from leaked court documents in Dominion Voting Systems' lawsuit against Fox News (FNC) show host Jesse Watters wanted Chris Wallace and Neil Cavuto fired.
In addition, Watters and Tucker Carlson were upset at FNC reporter Jacqui Heinrich for fact-checking then-President Trump and โaccusing [him] of planning to โsteal' the election.โ
The exchanges reveal both men were displeased with the direction of the company following the 2020 election.
Carlson also expressed frustration with Trump's election claims after being told by the Justice Department and members of his inner circle that he had lost the election, as Mediaite notes:
โIt's so sad,โ heย textedย Watters in December 2020. โHe's going to break some shit. He already is. Wish I knew where to run. But I'll die here.โ
โWallace Cavuto and other [sic] have got to go,โ Watters texted elsewhere in their exchange. โNeed some fresh blood. Should hire some trump [sic] people.โ
Wallace ultimately left Fox News to work for CNN's now-defunct streaming platform.
In February, it was revealed in a court filing that Carlson textedย Sean Hannityย andย Laura Ingrahamย about Heinrich. He wanted her fired over a fact check on Twitter about false election allegations.
Leaked documents from the Dominion lawsuit have led Fox Corporation to demand an investigation into how the material, given to Dominion under a protective order signed by the judge, found its way into the public domain.
Attorneys for Fox sent two letters to Dominion's lead counsel last week, demanding the electronic voting company confirm it is โnot the source of these improper disclosures.โ

Waters and Carlson are exactly right. Wallace, Smith, Rivera and Cavuto have no business being on the air with their severe TDS. Amongst other anchors there(Baier, Doocy, Kilmeade) they are all scrambling to kiss Murdochโs ass.
Good call Jesse Good call;
โWatch the Wattersโ
The lesson should be clear: if you have gone to Fox for the truth, then do so no longer. Honestly, I have no clue where to go for truth today. Everyone is entitled to his own opinion, but as Herman Cain used to remind us: ‘You are not entitled to your own FACTS.’ God rest dear old Herman Cain. Everything today is SPIN.
Not interested in internal corporate politics. These kinds of stories smack of People magazine and National Enquirer stuff.
