CNBC is reporting that former President Donald Trump's lawyers have quit his defense in the classified documents case.
CNBC has more:
Two lawyers who representedย Donald Trumpย in the months before the former president was indicted on federal charges over his handling of classified documents quit working for him Friday morning.
The attorneys, Jim Trusty and John Rowley, did not explain in detail why they had resigned, other than to say that โthis is a logical momentโ to do so given his indictment Thursday in U.S. District Court in Miami.
Trusty and Rowley also said they will no longer represent Trump in a pending federal criminal probe into his efforts to overturn his loss in the 2020 election to President Joe Biden.
Trump first announced the lawyers were leaving his cases in a post on his Truth Social platform.
In his post, Trump thanked Trusty and Rowley for their work but said they โwere up against a very dishonest, corrupt, evil, and โsickโ group of people, the likes of which has not been seen before.โ
Trump will now be represented by Todd Blanche and a firm to be named later.

Fake news???
It’s the same old same old. Remember when Trump first got in and people who worked in his Admin were being spat on and harrassed? Any and every means are being brought to bear to destroy Trump now. Americans simply cannot be permitted to elect him again.
President Trump I believe will be cleared of the Witch Hunt and be reelected and the Democrats better beware. They know if he is reelected they are in deep doo doo and punishment will be handed out to them.
