According to multiple reports, Project Veritas is in financial ruin. The James O'Keefe-founded nonprofit organization has suspended all operations indefinitely amid widespread layoffs. (RELATED: Breaking The Silence: James O'Keefe Exposes Hawaii Gov's Ban On Photography In Lahaina)
Per Mediaite:
According to a letter titled โReduction in Forceโ that was sent to Project Veritas staffers by HR directorย Jennifer Kiyakย on Wednesday, the organization is putting all operations on pause amidst severe financial woes.
โIn the interest of preserving the possible future existence of Project Veritas we need to put operations on pause and, as communicated since the Spring, another Reduction in Force (โRIFโ) is necessary,โ Kiyak wrote.
Six staffers were laid off from the embattled organization this week, sources said, including all remaining journalists and one development associate. One former Project Veritas staffer said just 11 people remain on the non-profit's payroll, including CEOย Hannah Giles.
Kiyak wrote in the letter that the group cannot โcarry the present staff count any longerโ and reminded those being laid off of their nondisclosure agreements.
The group, known for its hidden camera stings, fired O'Keefe in February after the board placed him on leave to investigate claims of employer abuse and misappropriating donor money to pursue his musical theater dreams. (RELATED: James O'Keefe Gone As Head Of Project Veritas)
Project Veritas sued O'Keefe in May, accusing him, among other things, of wooing donors for a rival company while still on the company payroll. The suit was filed in federal court in the southern district of New York.

Need Project V
Like I said when he he was forced out, O’Keefe should just start up a new entity and call it Project Aletheia, the Greek word for truth.
Another “Go Woke, Go Broke” success story!
Can’t help but grin at the thought of another left-wing liberal loony outfit swirling down the sewer pipe. Now THAT’S what I call success!!!
Good business plan. Push out the founder. Then run it into the ground.
Not qualified to pass judgement on the dispute. But it was improbable that everything would just keep humming along after exiling the innovative genius who initiated and advanced the whole program.
