Rivera, and a longtime confidant, have been charged with multiple crimes, including conspiracy and failure to register as a foreign agent. A gunman opened fire at an LGBTQ nightclub in Colorado Springs, Colorado late Saturday night. Law enforcement apprehended the shooter, who killed at least five people and injured 18.
