Congressman Alex Mooney (R-W.Va.) is under investigation following a 54-page Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) report. The Ethics Committee will determine whether Mooney accepted gifts, including a free or heavily discounted trip to Aruba, on behalf of a company that consulted for his campaign.
