The Supreme Court of the United States has reinstated the death sentence for surviving Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. A federal appeals court overturned Tsarnaev’s death sentence and vacated two of his many convictions in a controversial ruling two years ago. The court emphasized in its ruling that Tsarnaev would remain in prison for the rest of his life. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) trended online last night after he tweeted if there’s a Brutus or a “more successful” Claus von Stauffenberg in Russia who’s ready to “take this guy out.” Graham was referring to Russian leader Vladimir Putin. Texas Congressman Van Taylor won’t seek reelection after admitting to an affair with a woman known as the ISIS bride. Following Tuesday’s primaries in Texas, Van Taylor acknowledged in an email the “deep pain” he caused his wife and daughters.
