A top U.S. Senator is demanding to know why two FBI agents are not being charged with a crime after they lied and fabricated evidence to avoid charging Dr. Larry Nassar, who molested dozens of young women as the team doctor for the U.S. women’s national gymnastics team. The FBI is now being sued by Nassar’s victims, who allege they approached FBI agents in 2015 only to have their testimony falsified by agents, allowing Nassar to avoid arrest for a year.
