A federal judge called out special counsel Jack Smithโ€™s prosecutors for causing a delay in an unrelated hearing in a Jan. 6 criminal case. On Thursday, U.S. District Court Judge Trevor McFadden sent a U.S. marshal to summon Smithโ€™s prosecutors from a grand jury room to his courtroom as they where were reportedly interrogating a Trump-connected witness. A Washington, D.C. judge has announced the man accused of stabbing a staffer to Senator Rand Paul is not mentally fit to stand trial.
