Officers were called to a private Nashville-area elementary school after an active school shooter opened fire Monday morning. Three students were transported to Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center with gunshot wounds. All three children were pronounced dead after arrival.
