Senate negotiators have unveiled a 79-page bill to fund the government until Nov. 17 in hopes of averting a shutdown. A New York judge delivered some bad news to former President Donald Trump on Tuesday. New York Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron found former President Trump liable for fraud in Attorney General Letitia James’ (D) case against Trump’s businesses.
