ANALYSIS – When did it become OK for a major American baseball team to honor an anti-Christian hate group? Calling anyone who offends anyone a ‘hater’ is the left’s latest weapon. It is used to censor, demonize and crush any opposition to their radical agenda. But to them, and apparently the Los Angeles Dodgers, only conservatives or Christians, or straight cis-whites can be haters or have hate groups. If you are a group of despicable, vulgar men dressed up as Catholic nuns whose only purpose is to mock and ridicule Christianity, and Catholic nuns in particular, you are heroes and…

THURSDAY PDB – Japan has become America’s indispensable ally in the Pacific. G7 leaders meet in Japan as China’s aggression pushes Tokyo past pacifism.  Friday’s summit will see the world’s biggest economic powers grapple with China’s huge military buildup in the Pacific. America’s biggest ally in the region has committed to doubling its national defense budget, a major departure from more than 75 years of ‘pacifist’ foreign policy. Doubling its spending will give Japan the third-highest national defense budget in the world, and it will see billions of dollars flow to U.S. companies for weapons like Tomahawk missiles and F-35 fighter jets.…

WEDNESDAY PDB – China prepared to ‘smash’ Taiwan independence as US preps arms package. A Chinese defense ministry spokesman said an increase in exchanges between the U.S. and Taiwanese militaries is an “extremely wrong and dangerous move.” It added that it is prepared to “resolutely smash any form of Taiwan independence” as the U.S. reportedly prepares to accelerate the sale of defensive weapons and other military assistance to the self-governing island democracy. New Taiwan military aid package coming in ‘near term’, SecDef confirms. Team Biden will soon send Taiwan military weapons and equipment from its stockpiles but will require Congress to pay…

ANALYSIS – For the first time since the 1980s, a U.S. Navy nuclear ballistic missile submarine (SSBN) will visit South Korea. The visit of the Ohio-class sub was announced by Joe Biden. This and other public announcements are prompting debate about the wisdom of a heightened public role for what’s long been known as the Navy’s “silent service.” SSBNs, nicknamed Boomers, carry an awesome arsenal of nuclear firepower but rely on secrecy and rarely make public stops in foreign ports. And this isn’t the first recent incident of a very public sighting. While the U.S. has occasionally openly surfaced its submarines in the past,…

ANALYSIS – By now most of us have heard of the controversial case of Marine veteran Daniel Penny who put an erratic, and some say dangerous, mentally ill man in a chokehold on the NYC subway on May 1st. Penny has become a hero to many and is getting the backing he deserves. The homeless man was Jordan Neely, and he had a long criminal rap sheet and a history of mental problems. Penny is white, and Neely was Black. Crime is rampant in New York City, and its once-safe subway has become a haven for sometimes dangerous mentally ill…

ANALYSIS – Please hold the door! Well, it can’t get more ironic or infuriating than this. A new video appears to show a U.S. soldier, apparently, a female National Guard troop activated by Joe Biden, unlocking and opening a gate in Texas to allow a large group of illegal aliens to cross into the United States. And Biden thinks it’s funny. This, after Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas shamelessly said on ABC’s “This Week” that Team Biden had succeeded in getting the word out that the nation’s borders were not open. The video tweeted by Fox News Channel (FNC) Los Angeles bureau…

TUESDAY PDB – While talk of Kremlin intrigue is usually based on just speculation and rumor, the current clash is out in the open. What the Wagner Group boss’s rants reveal about the Kremlin’s deepening power struggle. A war is raging within Putin’s inner circle. Yevgeny Prigozhin has made a series of public statements lambasting Russian troops for retreating, claiming the Russians shot down their own aircraft, threatening to withdraw his mercenaries from the besieged city of Bakhmut – which he had promised to capture by Russia’s May 9 Victory Day holiday – and even mocking Putin himself. AND ADDING FUEL…

ANALYSIS – Or are Ukrainians just that good now? This weekend Russia lost four combat aircraft in one day, all inside its own borders near northeast Ukraine. The losses on Saturday included two Mi-8 Hip helicopters, a Su-34 Fullback strike fighter, and a Su-35 Flanker-E. There were nine crew onboard the four aircraft and no survivors. It is one of the biggest single-day aerial losses Russia has suffered since at least March of last year. Kremlin sources initially claimed that the Ukrainian Air Force “ambushed” the Russian aircraft somehow in Russian airspace. Kommersant reported both the Su-34 and Su-35 were preparing to fire missiles at…

MONDAY PDB – This is something I have been saying for a while now. Russia is Becoming a Vassal of China Amid Ukraine War. With its shrinking population, economic decline and now Western sanctions and military exhaustion hitting it hard, this subservience will only deepen. French President Emmanuel Macron said Sunday that Russia has “already lost geopolitically” its war in Ukraine, and “De facto, it has entered a form of subservience with regards to China.” Russia has also “lost its access to the Baltic, which was critical because it prompted the decision by Sweden and Finland to join NATO.” “This was unthinkable…

ANALYSIS – ‘Run, Ron, run.’ It’s about as official as it can get without a formal filing – Florida’s conservative Republican governor, Ron DeSantis, is running for the GOP nomination to be president of the United States. And he is clearly not afraid of Donald Trump. With the end of the Florida legislative session now over – after making an exception to allow Florida officeholders to run for president or vice president without resigning their office – DeSantis seems to have unofficially launched his campaign. He is expected to formally file within two weeks but is already making waves with…
