Colorado’s secretary of state’s office has admitted to mistakenly sending out postcards to 30,000 noncitizens encouraging them to register to vote. The state blamed the vote registration mailer on a database mixup with local DMV records. The Uvalde School District suspended its entire police force today following the failure of the department to respond to the May 24 mass shooting at Robb Elementary School.
