Live Oak County in Texas has officially declared the U.S.-Mexico border crisis an invasion. The resolution was passed unanimously by County Judge Jim Hoff and county commissioners Richard Lee, Donna Kopplin Mills, Mitchell Williams and Emilio Garza.
