The pro-gun non-profit Second Amendment Foundation is celebrating a win today in California after a judge handed down a ruling in one of the cases. Today’s ruling in the case of Miller v Bonta does away with the fee-shifting provision in California statute. A Democrat representing Michigan’s 15th State House District has introduced legislation to further restrict gun rights in the state. The Pro-Second Amendment community has achieved a groundbreaking and crucial victory in the deep-blue state of Oregon.
