Hunter Bidenโs sweetheart plea deal seems to be falling apart before his very eyesโฆ
Biden, 53, made his first federal court appearance in Wilmington, Del., where he was set to plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of willful failure to pay income taxes to avoid jail time on a felony gun charge.
However, Judge Maryellen Noreika, who was appointed by President Trump, pressed federal prosecutors on the investigation and expressed concern over the terms of the agreement according to Fox News. (RELATED: IRS Whistleblower Testimony Could Derail Hunter Biden Plea Deal)
Noreika asked if there were more serious charges that could still be brought and the prosecutors and Hunter Biden's lawyer both said there were not.
Noreika later asked if the investigation was ongoing, to which [U.S. Attorney David Weiss of Delaware] responded that it was, but said he could not share any further details.
In outlining the charges, Weiss's office said in an earlier statement that โHunter Biden received taxable income in excess of $1,500,000 annually in calendar years 2017 and 2018. Despite owing in excess of $100,000 in federal income taxes each year, he did not pay the income tax due for either year.โย
The original deal included that prosecutors would recommend probation for the tax violations, while a separate felony gun charge would be dropped if Biden met certain conditions laid out in court. The terms of Hunter Biden's sentencing will be decided at a later date.ย
NBC reported lawyers for both sides were continuing to huddle nearly two hours after the plea hearing began.

The next step will be to make sure it goes to a “yes man” judge!
biden corruption knows no limits!
Unfortunately, you are right. If it were you or me we’d be in jail immediately. If you get into trouble just change your name to Biden and you go free..
Hope so Victory
I doubt it and won’t hold my breath.
