LIVE OAK, Calif.ย โ Deputies in Northern Californiaย responded to an unusual call for service Monday morning at an elementary school in Sutter County regarding a second-grade teacher who was reportedly with students in her class after driving to work impaired, according to a report.
A staff member at Nuestro Elementary School in Live Oak contacted the Sutter County Sheriff's Department to report the alleged intoxicated teacher. Deputies responded and saw the accused educator, identified as 57-year-old Wendy Munson, in the middle of providing instruction to her students when they removed her from class.
In addition to witnesses, the sheriff's department also said there was footage of the teacher driving to school while under the influence,ย FOX 11 reported.
Deputies asked Munson to perform a series of field sobriety tests, to which she failed, according to their observations. She was arrested about 8:20 a.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content (BAC) exceeding .08 โ the presumed level of impairment โ and child abuse with the possibility of great bodily injury, according to a Sutter County Sheriff's Department press release.

Nuestro Elementary School District Superintendent Baljinder Dhillon said in a letter to parents that Munson had been escorted off campus and taken into custody without incident. The students did not witness the arrest, Dhillon confirmed, according to FOX 11.
โWhile we are limited in what we can share, as this is both a personnel matter and a matter being investigated by law enforcement, we can let you know that yourย 2nd gradersย will have a long-term substitute,โ the letter read. โOur students' safety and well-being remain our highest priorityโฆ We appreciate our staff for promptly reporting concerns to administration and appreciate the Sheriff's Department for responding quickly with minimal disruption.โ

Some globalist puppet, god worshiping, demonrat CRIMINAL judge will release his globalist puppet, god worshiping, demonrat criminal voter, teacher on $0 bail . . . . .
Big deal. Now all the people have are more things to get upset about which they can do nothing. We all know she’ll still have a job due to ‘tenure’. From the looks of her, I’m betting she took some ‘selected’ students aside for private (no pun intended) talks about their bodies as they enter ‘maturity’. We have seen only the smallest fractions of teachers who drink on the job and those who molest kids in media. All thanks to liberal media blackouts. ‘Teachers’ above ALL others should ALWAYS be held to a higher standard with no union protection & a second chance only after they are ‘treated’ and watched very carefully there on. Since when do ‘teachers’, the very people in charge of very young minds, who are taught by all adults to trust them while living in fear that it was their (the child) own behavior who did something wrong if & when that adult tells them to never say what happened or they’ll be punished. We use to warn kids about pedophiles and arrest them. Now let the pedophiles in corrupt schools dictate the terms
If further updates indicate pedophilia, I’ll be open to that possibility. However, at this point, there’s absolutely no indication that she’s a pedophile. She was arrested for driving under the influence and nothing more. Making accusations without evidence is irresponsible.
This is unacceptable and reprehensible. However, in fairness, I admit that I’d probably have to be drunk to put up with a room full of second graders.
