The man charged with attempted murder for violently attacking Paul Pelosi with a ball peen hammer made a terrifying phone call to an Oakland, California TV station on Friday.
In a call to Fox affiliate KTVU David DePape showed no remorse for breaking into the Pelosis' San Francisco home, telling the station that he should have been better prepared.
After claiming he didn't want to jeopardize his case, DePape said, โI'm so sorry I didn't get more of them.โ In an attempt to justify his alleged crimes, he bizarrely declared that โliberty isn't dying; it's being killed systematically and deliberately.โ
DePape has pled โnot guiltyโ to a litany of charges, including attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and first-degree residential burglary.
His call follows the decision to publicly disclose Pelosi's 911 call and body cam footage from responding police officers.
Surveillance video released by U.S. Capitol Police shows DePape breaking into the Pelosis' home.

What he was right. Our government silence everyone who disagree with communism. Rich want capitalism but not for you.
Heโs right about liberty being taken away but what he did was completely wrong.
