I was born, raised, lived and worked NYC for a number of years. I departed NYC in 1967, living there having become an unacceptable abrogation of my constitutional rights. What, I wonder is it that caused or led to the disregard for the constitutional rights of law abiding residents that have become the hallmark of NYC, NY State too I wonder. Seems to me that the criminal acts mentioned earlier are part and parcel of the failures of government that plague NYC.
