Fox News co-host and meteorologist Janice Dean has filed an official inquiry with the State of New York to confirm that former CNN anchor Chris Cuomo conspired with his older brother's top aide to destroy her.

Chris Cuomo allegedly plotted with then-New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's office against Dean after she blamed the governor's reckless nursing home policy for her in-laws' deaths.
In response, Chris Cuomo referred to Dean as the โFox weather b***h.โ
The Daily Wire explains:
Sourcesย toldย the New York Post late Friday that then-CNN host Chris Cuomo sent a text message to his brother's secretary,ย Melissa DeRosa, saying that he wanted to go after โthis Fox weather b***hโฆโฆAny help painting her as a far right crazy?โ
He Told Me โWatch Your Back.โ
Dean told โFox and Friendsโ host Brian Kilmeade on Monday morning that she was โnot surprised at all, because early on I heard from a good source, who knows the family very well, to watch my back. This was before any of the real press coverage, the hundreds of op-eds I wrote, all of the appearances that I did on Fox News. He told me โwatch your back.'โ

Dean said ad hominem attacks and smear campaigns are the Cuomo family's modus operandi. โThis is how these guys react,โ Dean said. โThey don't try to solve anything: They just attack the person that's coming after them.โ
โI Want to Know if There Was a Smear Campaign Against Me.โ
Dean announced she is filing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests โto find out if my name or my family's name is in any of those official documents, because I want to know if there was a smear campaign against me.โ
Janice Dean's parents died of COVID-19 in elder care facilities early in the pandemic. Cuomo's โNew York Toughโ COVID policies meant that their family couldn't see them before they died. Neither received last rites or had a funeral.
Exposing a Man-Made Disaster
At first, Dean didn't blame anyone for her family's tragedy. Then she found out about Andrew Cuomo's March 25, 2020 order forbidding nursing homes from denying residents admission or readmission โbased on a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of COVID-19.โ
After learning this, Dean began speaking out against Cuomo's handling of the pandemic, which had received rave reviews until then.

The governor's order remained in effect for 46 days. During that time, the state forced an estimated 6,000 people with COVID-19 into assisted living facilities.

Janice Dean’s parents were not the ones who died……………. Her husband’s parent were the ones who died.
