The one and only Tony Bennett has died. He was 96.
A legendary singer whose career spanned over 70 years following his service in World War II, Bennett's albums made the charts in every decade from the 1950s to the 2020s.
Fox News reports:
His publicist Sylvia Weiner confirmed Bennett's death to the Associated Press, saying that Bennett passed away in his hometown of New York.
As of now there has been no specific cause of death announced, although Bennett was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in 2016 and his health had been declining since.
Bennett's admirers crossed generations, from Frank Sinatra to Christina Aguilera. He duetted with Aretha Franklin, Amy Winehouse and, most recently, Lady Gaga.

I remember our college group from Ball State would go to Manor’s Lounge on Thursday nights and sing this song along with the Juke Box. It was a tradition for our group of Cardinals. Oh the memories!
