Like all famous politicians, Nikki Haley has a healthy dose of ambition. In an interview with Fox News host Bret Baier, she made it abundantly clear her aspirations haven't wilted after leaving the Trump administration.
The former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations and South Carolina's first female governor said she's seriously considering a run for the White House in 2024.
โWe need to go in a new direction,โ Haley told Baier before adding, โI've never lost a race.โ
Haley didn't formally announce a presidential campaign but strongly hinted at the prospect, as The Hill reports:
โIf I run, I'm running against Joe Biden. That's what I'm focused on,ย because we can't have a secondย term ofย Joe Biden,โ Haley said in an interview aired Thursday on Fox News's โSpecial Report.โ

Haley hadย previously said she wouldn'tย run against Trump, but appeared to suggest in the Fox News interview that she'd changed her mind on the matter.
โI had a great workingย relationship with the [former] president.ย I appreciate all the foreignย policy issues we worked onย together.ย But what I will tell you is: theย survival of America matters.ย And it's bigger than one person.ย And when you are looking at theย future of America, I think it'sย time for new generationalย change,โ Haley said.
She repeated calls for a โyoung generationโ of Washington leaders to surge into the capital.
Observers expect Biden, 80, to announce his reelection campaign soon. Trump, 76, launched his White House bid in November.

I would consider Haley if she ran but only if Mike Pence wasn’t running too.
Nikki was never a Trump ally. She has always been a backstabber.

This is not to say that the men in positions of civil leadership are any more biblically qualified than are today’s women – they’re not.

You can thank Article 6’s Christian test ban (by which mandatory biblical qualifications were likewise eliminated) on both counts.
