The race to become America's 26th constitutional carry state is heating up.
Legislation to enact constitutional carry has just been introduced in Florida by Republican House Speaker Paul Renner.
A complimentary bill has also been introduced in the Florida Senate by State Senator Jay Collins.
As previously reported in American Liberty News, Florida Governor and top rumored 2024 Presidential contender Ron DeSantis supports the measure and publicly confirmed the legislature's intent to pass a constitutional carry bill this year at a press conference last December.
